Can I change or update my online order?
Changes may be made after an order is submitted but within one business day. Our system is designed to fill orders and get them on their way as quickly as possible. As a result, we are unable to cancel or make any changes after one business day to an order once it has been placed. So contact Customer Support as soon as possible.
Can I have different items in my order shipped to different shipping addresses?
We can only process one shipping address per order. Therefore, if you would like to order multiple items and have them shipped to different locations, please place separate orders.
How do I know if my order has been processed?
Once your order has been accepted, you will receive a confirmation email outlining the contents of your order, delivery method, delivery address and your order number. This email may be placed in your spam folder, so please check your spam folder before contacting us. If you have not received your order confirmation email, please contact us.
Can I change the delivery address of my order?
If your order has not yet been packed, we may still be able to change your delivery address. Please contact us as soon as possible so we can correct your details.
Can I have my order gift wrapped?
Unfortunately, we do not offer gift wrapping.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you will be notified with the tracking details through an email.
Why is my order canceled?
We’ll always send you an email to let you know why your order has been (partially) cancelled. Most of the time it’s one of these reasons:
➤ Your items were out of stock at the time of shipping
If this is the case, we’ll take care of your refund straight away.
➤ Something went wrong while verifying your billing and/or shipping details
Try to go back one step in the payment process on the website to check your details. If they’re correct it’s easiest to contact your bank to see if they can help you find out more. If the issue lies in the shipping, please check your address details and make sure the address is based in the same country as the website you’ve ordered from.
➤ There’s a duplicate order
Please check the original order. It could very well be that it has been confirmed and/or shipped already.
If the issue remains unsolved contact us, so our customer service agent can take it from there.

Your security when shopping online at Wikizon is very important to us and we have taken all reasonable steps to ensure that your credit card and personal information are always secure. All pages on our website that require you to enter personal information or payment details are secure and use 128-bit SSL encryption.

My payment was declined, what should I do?
We recommend that you try to make your payment again using a different payment method or using a different web browser/deleting your cookies.
If this does not resolve the issue, the best solution is to contact your bank/card issuer.

Do I need an account to place an order?
No, you do not need to register for a account in order to place an order. You can use the ‘Guest Checkout’ as a casual user.

I forgot my password, what should I do?
Simply click the “Forgot Password” link on the login page and follow the instructions to enter your email address. You will receive a password reset email shortly.
Can I save items to my wish list?
If an item catches your eye but you’re not ready to buy it just yet, you can add it to your wish list and come back to it when you’re ready to shop. Just click the heart icon at the top of the product page.
Saving an item is a way to remember something you like, but it won’t keep the item in stock or save you a sale or discount. So if you want to make sure it doesn’t sell out or want to take advantage of a great sale, don’t wait too long!
