Return & Refund

We want you to love Wikizon merchandise, and we continually strive to provide the highest quality products possible.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your item, you may return it within 20 days of receiving your order and we will gladly refund or exchange it.

· Items must be returned within 20 days of arrival.

· Items must be in the original condition they arrived in.

· Items must have all original tags attached.

ORDER’S CANCELLATION:

Orders can be canceled before the item is shipped. However, if the item has already been shipped, you must receive it before requesting a return.

RETURN STEPS

1. Email our team at [email protected] with your order number, the item you would like to return, and the reason for the return (defective item,
size issue, unwanted or unopened item).

2. Pack the item in its original packaging.

3. Send the item back to the address below:

4. Once our team receives your return package, we will begin processing your refund.

5. Your refund may take up to 15 business days from the date you receive your return package.

To be eligible for a refund and return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and must be in its original packaging. Return fees are non-refundable.

RETURNING UNWANTED ITEMS

1. Unwanted items can be returned after 20 days of receipt.
2. If you are returning an unwanted item, the item must not be damaged or used.
3. You will need to arrange for a courier to send your package back to us.
4. The cost of returning unwanted items to us is at your own expense. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Wikizon will not be held responsible if the return shipment is lost during return shipping.
We will refund once we receive the return package in the same condition, and you must keep it safe while in your possession.

DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS

We are sorry to hear that you received defective merchandise. Please send us an email with the following information:
1. Please notify us of any items that appear damaged by email as soon as possible after receiving the goods.
2. Please state your order number and product name in the email, and attach photos of the damaged item.
3. Please do not return any damaged items until we notify you.
4. Wikizon will be responsible for return shipping costs if the defect claim is confirmed to be valid.

Please inspect all items upon arrival, even if the item is a gift for someone special. We will no longer accept any inquiries regarding damaged items after 10 business days from the date of arrival.

If you suspect your package was damaged in transit, please contact us within 2 business days of the package arriving.

WRONG ITEMS

If our team sends you the wrong product, we apologize deeply. Please send the following information to our email address:

• Your order ID

• Product name

• Photos of incorrect items

AN ISSUE IN THE SIZE!

Make sure that you have chosen the correct size of your jacket. But in case the jacket runs small or large then we can offer you a size exchange for that. Send us a query at [email protected] with your order number and our Customer Support agent will contact you.

CASES IN WHICH RETURN IS NOT APPLICABLE

If we found the fault that has a potential of not from our end then the return would not be applicable.

If we obtain an object and consider it has violated our rules, we will not process the submission.

If you want to return back the product without having an authentic reason then the shipping charges would be applicable.

The customized jackets will not be returned, as it is specifically made on request.

EXCHANGES

We are currently not accepting online exchange requests. However, if there is a problem with your order due to an error on our part, please contact our Customer Service between 9am and 6pm, Monday through Friday. Either way, we will help you return the item and place a new order.

Please return the original item in accordance with our Returns & Refund Policy. Once we have received the original item we will process your refund, please note that it may take up to 15 business days for the refund to be credited back to your original payment method. If you have not received your refund by then please contact us.
